Ron Waldheger is cofounder of the firm. His practice focuses on the business and contracting structures of private health care providers. He serves as general counsel for numerous clinics and group practices, multi-site physician groups, physician-controlled alternative delivery systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and ancillary services centers.

Ron is a nationally known speaker on structuring healthcare ventures, antitrust, fraud and abuse, the Stark law, and national health care reform. He has chaired the annual Health Law Group Conference in Washington, DC for over 20 Years. He is also Chairman of the Small Business Council of America's Task Force on Health Care Reform and has been primary draftsman of its position papers. He has testified before Congress and is actively engaged in presenting the providers' perspective on health care reform to many members of Congress.
